FACILITIES

CHWTSDF site at Ankleshwar, Gujarat (India)

BEIL has set up and operate Common Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal facility (CHWTSDF) at Ankleshwar (Guj), India since 1997 on Build, Own and Operate (BOO) basis.

Facilities:

  • - Secured landfill with Liner system
  • - Common incineration facility (2 units of capacity 6.5 million K cal/hr) (Total capacity - 2.5MT/hr)
  • - MEE (With heat recovery system) for treatment of hazardous waste
  • - NABL accredited and MoEF approved lab for testin of HW samples and environmental monitoring

CHWTSDF site at Dahej, Gujarat (India)

Facility is under operation from Since – 2015. The total plot area is 285,343 sq.m. Approx. 240,000 MT of HW has been disposed in Secured landfill from April 2015 to March – 2017. Common incineration and MEE plant will be set up soon.

  • - NABL accredited lab
  • - Fire hydrant system
  • - Waste storage facilities
  • - Waste stabilization
  • - Drum de-contamination facility

CHWTSDF Site at Ambalamedu, Kochi by KEIL

Caters the need for disposal of HW generated by 460 industries and two associations (having more than 300 members) in the state of Kerala. CHWTSDF is under operation since 2009 as per CPCB guidelines. From 2009 to 2017, total 0.3 Million MT of HW disposed in secured landfill. Total capacity is 1 Million MT for treatment and disposal of HW, over a span of 20 year.

An ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company. Caters the need for disposal of HW generated by approx. 550 industries spanning the textile sector, steel industries, pharmaceutical/cosmetic industries in Majra, Himachal Pradesh. From 2009 to 2017, total approx. 0.15 Million MT of HW disposed in secured landfill. Total capacity is 1 Million MT for treatment and disposal of HW, over a span of 20 year.
